Our Sustainable Values
Sustainability is at the very heart of ODE-true food.
Guided by sustainable principles in every aspect of “what we do” has enabled us to grow and develop. Our family micro business is to date the highest rated restaurant and cafe in the UK putting us firmly at forefront of the sustainable food movement.
Our Core Values
Cafe ODE is now the central hub for ODE true food where we can offer from one location occasional ‘pop up ODE dining tasting menus’ & our ‘ODE&CO sour dough pizzas’ in finer weather from the wood fired vintage horse box which is now on the top terrace.
ODE true food is unique, offering innovative, quality food and service in one location and still holding the same core values.
Our business focuses on three key areas
- Sourcing
- Environment
- Community
